The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms ( 2 queen size, 1 single and 1 roll out bed), fully equipped kitchen, formal dining for six, lounge room, family sized bathroom with laundry facilities & bath and terraces to the front & the rear. The Master bedroom has French doors opening onto an historic terrace overlooking tree lined Rathdowne Street. There is a bus stop outside the front door with the tram a 2 minute walk away.
